Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
The Company is not responsible for:

  • Import duties, taxes, or local charges.

You are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import fees for international shipments.

6. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We reserve the right to refuse refunds where Products are:

  • Used or fully assembled.

  • Damaged intentionally or due to improper care.

  • Returned outside the permitted 30-day timeframe.

7. PRODUCT DISCLAIMER & SAFETY WARNING

Our Products are premium wooden jigsaw puzzles intended for mindfulness, hobby, and decorative wall art use.

  • Choking Hazard: Our puzzles contain small, irregular-shaped wooden pieces. They are NOT suitable for children under 3 years old. Adult supervision is highly recommended for older children.

  • Customers are responsible for safe assembly and use. The Company is not liable for any injury, misuse, improper assembly, or modification of the Products.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Website, including but not limited to:

  • Product concepts and designs

  • Text and copywriting

  • Photography and aesthetic layouts

  • Videos (including ASMR content)

  • Logos and Trademarks

are owned by or licensed to the Company. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent. Unauthorized commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. PROHIBITED USE
